高电压大电流真空灭弧室触头的磁场仿真分析与试验研究

Strength and Delay-Time of Magnetic Field in Magnetic Vacuum Circuit Breaker: A Simulation and Experimental Study

  • 摘要: 应用ANSYS软件对2/3匝线圈触头和马蹄铁型双极纵磁触头进行有限元仿真分析,并在F-30多维磁场测量平台上对这两种结构的触头进行磁场测量。仿真计算结果为:2/3匝线圈式触头的磁场强度为3.7~5.6 mT,磁场滞后时间为1.28~1.4 ms,马蹄型触头的磁场强度为0.7~11 mT,磁场滞后时间为0.49~0.73 ms。磁场测量平台检测结果为:2/3匝线圈式触头的磁场强度为2.7~4.7 mT,磁场滞后时间为1.15~1.35 ms,马蹄型触头的磁场强度为3.1~9.7 mT,磁场滞后时间为0.48~0.69 ms。由此可见,马蹄铁型触头与线圈式触头相比,具有磁场强度高、通流能力强、磁场滞后时间短的优点。另外,试验结果与仿真结果相差不大,对于真空灭弧室触头结构的设计及优化具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The strength and delay-time of the magnetic field,generated by the 2/3-turn coil(Type-A) and horseshoe bipolar(Type-B) magnetic-contacts,in high voltage large current magnetic vacuum circuit breaker,was mathematically modeled,numerically simulated with ANSYS software and experimentally measured with the self-built test platform.The influence of the contact types on the strength/delay-time of magnetic field was investigated.The simulated results show that Type-B contact outperforms Type-A contact because of larger magnetic field strength,greater current carrying capacity and shorter delay-time.For example,the magnetic field strengths of Type-A/B are 3.7~5.6 mT/0.7~11 mT,respectively;and the delay-times of Type-A/B are 1.28~1.4 ms/0.49~0.73 ms,respectively.The simulated and measured results were found to be in good agreement.We suggest that the simulated results be of some technological interest in design of high voltage large current magnetic vacuum circuit breaker.
