电容薄膜真空计校准误差处理方法研究

The Calibration Error Handling Method of Capacitive Thin Film Vacuum Gauge

  • 摘要: 电容薄膜真空计的校准是保证其精度符合标准的关键步骤,标准真空计电压信号引入的噪声干扰和待测真空计差分电容信号引入的非线性拟合误差都会对校准过程的准确性造成影响。本文通过卡尔曼滤波对电压信号进行处理,再根据差分电容信号非线性趋势选取四次多项式拟合方法进行函数拟合。实验结果表明,该方法能有效降低校准过程中引入的误差,均方误差降低79.6%、最大绝对误差降低48.8%。

     

    Abstract: The calibration of the capacitance diaphragm gauge is a key step to ensure that its accuracy conforms to the standards. Both the noise interference introduced by the voltage signal of the standard vacuum gauge and the non-linear fitting error introduced by the differential capacitance signal of the vacuum gauge under test can affect the accuracy of calibration. In this paper, voltage signal is processed by Kalman filter, and based on the non-linear trend of the differential capacitance signal, quartic polynomial method was selected for function fitting. The experimental results show that this method can effectively reduce errors introduced during the calibration process. Mean squared error was reduced by 79.6%. The maximum absolute error was reduced by 48.8%.
