八面体模型理论应用:泡沫金属的电阻率

Application of the Octahedral Model Theory to Evaluating the Electrical Resistivity of Porous Metal Foams

  • 摘要: 基于作者自建八面体模型得到的多孔材料电阻率计算公式,对系列泡沫金属产品进行对应的实践研究。考察不同材质和不同结构的泡沫金属产品,对该计算公式展开系列的实践应用和验证。研究结果显示,本表征公式既可较好地计算不同材质的泡沫金属的电阻率,也可较好地计算不同结构的泡沫金属的电阻率。这说明本表征公式具有良好的泡沫金属电阻率计算实践能力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the relationship between the electrical resistivity and porosity from the octahedron model of porous materials, the practical investigations are carried out on the calculation of the electrical resistivity of a series of metal foam products. This paper looks into metal foam products with different material species and various structures, and develops a series of practical applications and verification of the present calculation formula. The results show this characterizing relation can well calculate not only the electrical resistivity of metal foams with different material species, but also that with various structures. This indicates the formula has a good practical ability to calculate the electrical resistivity of metal foams.
