八面体模型理论应用:泡沫陶瓷的比表面积

Application of the Octahedral Model Theory to Evaluating the Specific Surface Area of Porous Ceramic Foams

  • 摘要: 基于多孔材料八面体结构模型,通过适当的数学处理方法,作者获得了此类材料的比表面积计算公式。本文通过若干泡沫陶瓷产品比表面积的实践研究,对该计算公式进行了系列的实践应用和验证。既涉及不同材质的泡沫陶瓷产品,也涉及不同结构的泡沫陶瓷产品。研究结果显示,本表征公式既可较好地计算不同材质的泡沫陶瓷的比表面积,也可较好地计算不同结构的泡沫陶瓷的比表面积。这说明本表征公式对泡沫陶瓷比表面积的计算具有良好的实践能力。考虑到前期对泡沫金属良好的验证结果,可认为本表征公式对所有多孔材料的比表面积均具有良好的计算实践能力。

     

    Abstract: Through appropriate mathematical processing, the author obtained the formula for calculating the specific surface area of porous materials based on the octahedral structure model. This paper looks into the specific surface area of some ceramic foam products in practice, so as to carry out a series of theoretical applications to verify the calculation formula. Not only ceramic foam products with various material species, but also those with different structures, were investigated correspondingly. The results show this characterizing relation can well calculate not only the specific surface area of ceramic foams with different material species, but also that with various structures. This reveals the formula has a good practical ability to calculate the specific surface area of ceramic foams, and proves the characterizing relation has a good practical ability to calculate the specific surface area of all porous materials, considering the good verification result to the metal foam.
