合肥光源光束线站新型真空安全联锁系统设计

The Novel Design of Vacuum Safety Interlock System for New Beamline at Hefei Light Source

  • 摘要: 光束线站真空安全联锁是保障同步辐射光源储存环的运行安全与线站关键设备安全的重要系统。文章阐述了合肥光源新建成的金华光束线站真空安全联锁系统的最新设计方法。基于新型的高性能可编程控制器PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)和开放的软件平台EPICS 7(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)分布式控制系统架构,同时采用虚拟化技术,开发了全新的光束线站真空安全联锁系统。在系统远控的OPI界面开发上,采用Python脚本一键自动生成,提高了系统开发效率。此次设计在确保系统安全性和可靠性的同时,系统的性能以及用户人机交互的体验都得以提升。这些设计方法为正在建设的合肥先进光源的光束线站控制提供了技术储备和实践经验。

     

    Abstract: The vacuum safety interlock system of the beamline station is an important basis for guaranteeing the safe operation of the storage ring and the safety of equipment on the beamline station. The latest design method of the vacuum safety interlock system for the beamline and its stations, which is being newly built at Hefei Light Source is introduced. Based on the latest programmable logic controller (PLC) and virtualization technologies under the architecture of the open software platform EPICS 7 (Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System), a new vacuum safety interlock system for the beamline and its stations has been developed. In the development of the operator interface (OPI) for remote control of the system, a Python script is used to automatically generate OPI with one click, which improves the efficiency of system development. Overall, this design improves the system performance and user experience of human-computer interaction while ensuring the safety and reliability of the system. These design methods provide technical reserves and practical experience for the control of the beamline at the Hefei Advanced Light Facility under construction.
