高电压迷你焦点X射线管开发与应用

Development and Application of Mini-focus High-voltage X-Ray Tube

  • 摘要: 本文对高电压迷你焦点X射线管进行研发,对X射线管的高压结构、聚焦系统和散热进行设计与模拟,并完成迷你焦点X射线管的制造与应用验证。所设计的200 kV X射线光管阴阳极间最大场强为17.9 MV/m,焦点100μm,分辨率10 LP/mm,最大使用功率150 W,应用于X射线点料机系统,放大倍数为2倍时可清晰分辨01005电子元件的边界。

     

    Abstract: A high-voltage X-ray tube with a mini focal spot is developed, and the high-voltage structure, focusing system, and heat dissipation of the X-ray tube are designed and simulated. At tube voltage 200 kV, the maximum field strength is 17.9 MV/m between the anode and cathode, the focal spot size is 100μm, the resolution is 10 LP/mm, and the maximum operating power is 150 W. When applied to an X-ray counting system, the boundary of 01005 electronic components can be clearly distinguished at a magnification of 2 times.
