水环真空泵壳体及关键运动副力学分析

Analysis of Water Ring Vacuum Pump Shell and Key Kinematic Pair

  • 摘要: 水环真空泵工作过程需要适应多种复杂的工况,关键零部件的力学性能和运动副的可靠性对水环真空泵整体工作有重要影响。本文使用ANSYS对水环真空泵分配板、泵体、泵盖进行静力学分析,得到其应力云图、变形云图和安全系数图,并对关键运动副作受力分析,得到各方向的力和力矩。结果表明:泵体、泵盖、分配板应力分布均匀,且小于材料的屈服极限,变形量小于允许变形量,安全系数高,强度、刚度足够;运动副的作用力和作用力矩均小于最大承受强度,连接方式可靠。

     

    Abstract: The working process of the water ring vacuum pump needs to adapt to a variety of complex working conditions. The mechanical properties of key components and the reliability of motion pairs have an important impact on the overall work of the water ring vacuum pump. In this paper, ANSYS is used to analyze the key components of the water ring vacuum pump, and the displacement and stress nephograms of the components are obtained. The stress analysis of the key kinematic pair is carried out, and the forces and moments in all directions are obtained. The results show that the stress distribution of the pump body, pump cover and distribution plate is uniform, and less than the yield limit of the material, the deformation amount is less than the allowable deformation amount, and the strength and stiffness are sufficient; the action force and action moment of the kinematic pair are less than the maximum bearing strength, and the connection mode is reliable.
