合肥医用中能超导质子回旋加速器主真空系统设计

Design of the Main Vacuum System of Hefei Medical Medium Energy Superconducting Proton Cyclotron

  • 摘要: 主真空系统是合肥加速器的重要辅助系统,为加速器提供真空环境,降低能量损失,产生高品质粒子束流。本文基于该加速器对主真空系统的设计参数要求,通过真空气载、流导、抽速和设备选型计算,设计了真空系统整体方案。并使用分子流仿真软件Molflow+对加速器的中平面进行真空压力分布仿真。最终通过实验验证了设计的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The main vacuum system is an important auxiliary system of hefei cyclotron, which provides vacuum environment for the cyclotron to produce high quality particle beam. In this paper, based on the design parameters of the main vacuum system of the cyclotron, through the calculation of true air load, flow conductivity, pumping speed and equipment selection, the whole scheme of vacuum system is designed. The molecular flow simulation software Molflow+ was used to simulate the vacuum pressure distribution in the middle plane of the cyclotron. Finally,the feasibility of the design is verified by experiments.
