基于unity3D的真空泵性能参数测试系统研制

Development of Vacuum Pump Performance Test Experimental Teaching System Based on Unity3D

  • 摘要: 设计了一套基于unity3D的虚拟真空泵性能测试实验教学系统,以解决真空泵性能测试过程中训练及设备缺乏等问题,加深受训者对测试过程的理解。设计的主要内容有SolidWorks,3dsMax模型建立与优化;unity3D界面设计、场景构建与功能实现;抽真空过程中油液液面上升速度推导计算;c++编程计算数据。实验结果表明:该系统沉浸感好,操作性高,比传统教学方式更加方便与快捷,并且提高了实验教学的安全性和效率。

     

    Abstract: A virtual vacuum pump performance test experimental teaching system based on unity 3d is designed to solve the problems of lack of training and equipment in the process of vacuum pump performance test,and to deepen the trainees'understanding of the test process.The main contents of the design include Solid Works,3ds Max model establishment and optimization;unity 3D interface design,scene construction and function realization;derivation and calculation of the rising speed of oil liquid level in the process of vacuum pumping;C++programming to calculate data.The results show that the system has good immersion and high operability.It is more convenient and faster than traditional teaching methods and improves the safety and efficiency of experimental teaching.
