基于温度场原理的真空管道真空度测试系统平台设计与实现

Implementation and Design of Vacuum Test Platform of the Vacuum Pipeline Based on the Principle of Temperature Field

  • 摘要: 为了满足无预留真空度检测口的液化天然气(LNG)低温真空管道真空度的测量,本文提出了基于温度场原理的真空度测试方法,设计并实现了基于温度场原理的低温真空管道真空度测试系统平台。该低温真空管道真空测试系统结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便,主要包括内管、隔热层、外管、温度传感器和数据采集系统等组件:内管里填充了低温液体,隔热层内层为玻璃纤维纸、外层为铝箔,外管将内管封闭在内且其上有抽真空口以及真空计连接口,温度计测量外管温度,模拟了低温真空管道真空夹层压强对管道保冷性能的影响。主要对真空测试系统中内管道的真空度、外管的温度等相关技术参数进行现场实验验证,实验结果达到了预期的指标要求。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a method of ultra-low temperature vacuum pipeline was proposed to measure the vacuum degree of liquefied natural gas(LNG)low temperature vacuum pipeline without the reserved detection port based on the temperature field principle of the vacuum degree test method.According to the temperature field principle,the vacuum pipeline system was designed and fabricated.The low-temperature vacuum pipeline system includes the inner tube,a heat-insulation layer,the outer tube,the temperature sensors,and the data acquisition system.The inner tube was filled with cryogenic liquid,and the inner layer and outer layer of the heat insulation layer were made of glass fiber paper and aluminum foil,respectively.The outer tube has a vacuum port and a vacuum gauge connection port,and a thermometer measures the temperature of the outer tube.Then the influence of pressure on the temperature of the low-temperature vacuum pipeline was simulated.Finally,the simulation results were verified by the vacuum system,and the experimental results achieved the expected goals.
