基于变速调节的转子泵流体脉动降低方法研究

Research on fluid Pulsation Reduction Method of Rotor Pump Based on Variable Speed Regulation

  • 摘要: 针对转子泵在应用过程中,具有不可避免的流体脉动现象,提出一种基于变速调节的转子泵流体脉动降低方法。本研究通过对转子泵理论流量和转速仿真进行分析,发现转子泵脉动产生与转速有关。为此,根据转子泵脉动特性建立一种变速调节数学模型,并将该模型用于转子泵转速控制,进而降低转子泵流体脉动。首先通过Pumplinx软件分别对恒定转速和变速调节的转子泵进行仿真,运用流体脉动评价指标对仿真结果进行评价与分析;又根据实际工况搭建实验平台,分别完成转子泵在恒速转动与变速转动的相关实验;最终表明,本研究提出的基于变速调节的转子泵脉动降低方法,可有效降低转子泵流体脉动,提升输送稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the unavoidable phenomenon of fluid pulsation in the application of rotor pumps, a method for reducing fluid pulsation based on variable speed pumps is reported. In this study, the theoretical flow and speed simulation of the rotor pump were analyzed, and it was found that the pulsation of the rotor pump is related to the speed. To this end, a mathematical model of variable speed regulation was established according to the pulsation characteristics of the rotor pump, and the model was applied to the speed control of the rotor pump to reduce the fluid pulsation of the rotor pump. Firstly, the rotor pump with constant speed and variable speed regulation was simulated by Pumplinx software, and the evaluation of the simulation results was completed by using the fluid fluctuation evaluation index. Then, the experimental platform was built according to the actual conditions to conduct the experiments on the pump with constant speed and variable speed regulation. Finally, it shows that the method of reducing pulsation based on rotor pump speed regulation proposed in this study can effectively reduce the fluid pulsation of the rotor pump and improve transportation stability.
