某亚临界机组大压缩比压力匹配器的结构优化

Structural Optimization of Pressure Matcher with Large Compression Ratio Based on a Subcritical Unit

  • 摘要: 压力匹配器可以有效利用汽轮机乏汽,是一种节能环保的流体机械。现针对某亚临界机组大压缩比压力匹配器引射性能差的问题,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对压力匹配器进行三维数值模拟,研究了喷嘴和混合段参数以及带调节锥的可变几何结构对引射系数的影响。结果表明,在给定工况下,喷嘴和混合段部分结构都存在最佳参数范围使引射系数达到最大,且调节锥存在一最佳位置使引射系数进一步得到提高。优化结构将引射系数从0.13提高到了0.23。研究结果对压力匹配器的结构优化具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The pressure matching device can effectively utilize the exhaust steam of the steam turbine. It is an energy-saving and environment-friendly fluid machinery. Focus on the poor ejection performance of the pressure matcher with a large compression ratio of a subcritical unit,a three-dimensional model of the pressure matcher is carried out using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method. The effects of nozzle and mixing section parameters as well as variable geometry with adjusting cone on the ejection coefficient are studied. The results show that under a given working condition,there is an optimal parameter range for some structures of the nozzle and mixing section to maximize the ejection coefficient;there is an optimal position of the adjusting cone to further improve the ejection coefficient as well. The optimized structure increases the ejection coefficient from 0.13 to 0.23. The research results have important guiding significance for the structure optimization of the pressure matcher.
