Ga2O3真空碳热还原实验研究

Experimental Study on Vacuum Carbothermal Reduction of Ga2O3

  • 摘要: 本文研究了Ga2O3真空碳热还原过程中还原温度、C:Ga2O3、保温时间对实验结果的影响。研究结果表明:在还原温度1323 K、C:Ga2O3(摩尔比)为4、保温时间150 min的最佳实验条件下,冷凝物以均匀颗粒状富集在冷凝盖上,Ga2O3还原率为68.19%,还原产物冷凝收得率为59.37%,冷凝物物相为金属镓和少量歧化反应生成的Ga2O3,金属镓在冷凝过程得到充分富集,且与Ga2O3良好分离。

     

    Abstract: The effects of reduction temperature, C:Ga2O3 and holding time on the experimental results in the process of vacuum carbothermal reduction of Ga2O3 were studied. The results show that under the optimal experimental conditions of reduction temperature of 1323 K, C:Ga2O3 (molar ratio) of 4, and holding time of 150 min, the condensate is enriched in uniform granular form on the condensation cover. The reduction rate of Ga2O3 is 68.19%, and the condensation yield of the reduction product is 59.37%. The condensate phase is gold gallium and a small amount of Ga2O3 formed by disproportionation reaction. The metal gallium is fully enriched in the condensation process and is well separated from Ga2O3.
