基于FLUENT的真空干燥箱参数优化及仿真分析

Parameter Optimization and Simulation Analysis of Vacuum Drying Oven Based on FLUENT

  • 摘要: 针对目前真空干燥箱内温度分布不均匀的缺点,结合货物多孔介质理论,建立干燥箱三维模型。采用FLUENT对现有干燥箱内温度场进行数值模拟分析,获得了箱内温度场分布特性,使用k-ε模型以及SIMPLE算法对烘干箱内的温度场进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明:当流速为2.5 m/s,层高为100 mm,管距为100 mm时,烘干箱内温度场分布相对比较均匀。其中热水流速对温度的分布特性影响最大。为验证模拟结果的可靠性,着重将模拟结果和实验结果结合进行了对比验证分析,得到平均绝对误差在3%以内,证实了现模拟结果的准确性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the shortcoming of uneven temperature distribution in the vacuum drying oven,combined with the theory of cargo porous media,a three-dimensional model of the drying oven is established.FLUENT is used to perform numerical simulation analysis on the temperature field in the existing drying box,and the temperature field distribution characteristics in the box are obtained.The k-ε model and the SIMPLE algorithm are used to simulate the temperature field in the drying box.The simulation results show that when the flow rate is 2.5 m/s,the layer height is 100 mm,and the tube distance is 100 mm,the temperature field distribution in the drying box is relatively uniform.The hot water flow rate has the greatest influence on the temperature distribution characteristics.In order to verify the reliability of the simulation results,a comparative verification analysis was carried out by combining the simulation results and the experimental results,and the average absolute error was within 3%,which confirmed the accuracy of the current simulation results.
