考虑公差的真空灭弧室磁场不确定性优化设计

Optimal Design Considering Uncertainty in Tolerances of Magnetic Field in Vacuum Interrupters

  • 摘要: 以12 kV/1250 A/31.5 kA真空灭弧室为研究对象,采用考虑公差设计的区间优化方法,建立灭弧室触头结构磁场特性的不确定性优化模型。以触头片开槽长度、斜槽深度、触头片开槽偏转角、触头杯座厚度为优化变量,采用区间描述设计参数的制备和测量误差,引入公差指标和区间可能度模型,将该不确定性优化模型转化为确定性优化模型。采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法,以极间中心面磁感应强度最大值和设计公差指标同时达到最大为优化目标,得到Pareto前沿非支配解集,求得最优设计参数,实现了考虑公差影响的灭弧室内部磁场优化设计。

     

    Abstract: Taking the 12 kV/1250 A/31.5 kA vacuum interrupter as the research object, an uncertainty optimization model for the magnetic field characteristics of the interrupter contact structure is established by using an interval optimization method that takes into account tolerance design. Taking slot length of contact blade, chute depth of contact, deflection angle of the slot on the contact blade and contact cup holder thickness as optimization variables, the interval is used to describe the preparation and measurement errors of the design parameters, and tolerance indicators and interval possibility models are introduced to transform this uncertain optimization model into a deterministic optimization model. The NSGA-Ⅱ(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-Ⅱ) algorithm is used to obtain the set of non-dominated solutions of the Pareto front with the objective of maximizing both the maximum magnetic induction intensity in the central plane between poles and the design tolerance index, and optimal design parameters are obtained, and the optimal design of the internal magnetic field of the interrupter considering the influence of tolerance is realized.
