基于NSGA-Ⅱ的真空断路器灭弧室静态绝缘优化设计与分析

Optimization and Analysis of Static Insulation for Vacuum Interrupter Based on NSGA-Ⅱ

  • 摘要: 采用非支配排序多目标遗传算法进行真空灭弧室静态绝缘优化。以12 kV/1250 A/31.5 kA真空灭弧室为研究对象,以其内部绝缘存在竞争关系的动静触头两侧子区域电场均匀度为双优化目标,对灭弧室内部电场与静态绝缘进行优化设计,得到帕累托前沿非支配解集,并筛选求得最优解,进而得到全场域电场均匀度、电场强度最大值及三面交接区域场强变化规律,以解决全局绝缘水平优化及分域权重系数优化问题。

     

    Abstract: A non-dominated sorting multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the static insulation of vacuum interrupter. The 12 kV/1250 A/31.5 kA vacuum interrupter is taken as the research object,the minimum electric field non-uniformity coefficient of the two regions with competitive relationship inside the interrupter is taken as the double optimization objective,the multi-objective optimization of static insulation of the interrupter is carried out,the Pareto front non-dominated solution set is obtained,and the optimal solution is selected. The results show that this algorithm can effectively optimize the global insulation and the weight coefficient of different sub-domains.
