角座式真空排污界面阀的设计与模拟研究

Design and Simulation of Angular Vacuum Interface Valve for Sewage Discharge

  • 摘要: 真空界面阀是真空排污系统的重要组成部分。基于国内真空排污现状,设计了一种室外排污用的DN50角座式界面阀,并利用Ansys CFX软件仿真分析比较了该界面阀在接通方式、阀身倾角α、阀芯结构不同情况下的流量系数Cv和流阻系数Kv;然后利用正交试验法确定了最佳结构为:按正接方式流通、阀身倾角45°、圆弧型阀芯所设计的界面阀为最优模型;最后对该结构阀门进行了流场分析,探究了在气液比αatm=3.2∶1时阀门的内部流动情况。该研究方法对该类型界面阀的设计分析具有普适性,为界面阀的设计提供了理论指导。

     

    Abstract: The vacuum interface valve is an important part of the vacuum sewage system. Based on the present situation of vacuum sewage discharge in China,a DN50 angular vacuum interface valve for outdoor sewage discharge was designed,and the flow coefficient Cv and drag coefficient Kv of the interface valve under different conditions of connection mode,body inclination angle α,spool structure were simulated and compared by Ansys CFX software. Then,the orthogonal test method was used to determine the interface valve,which was designed according to the following parameters:flow in the forward connection mode,the inclination of valve body α=45°,curved spool as the optimal structure. Finally,flow field analysis of the valve with this structure was carried out,and the internal flow was analyzed at gas-liquid ratio αatm=3.2∶1. This research method has universality for the design and analysis of this type of interface valve and provides theoretical guidance for the design of interface valve.
