月球样品封装装置金属密封结构的参数计算

The Parameter Calculation of the Metal Seal Structure for the Lunar Sample Encapsulation

  • 摘要: 嫦娥五号探测器的月球样品封装装置采用了一种金属密封技术,嫦娥五号也证明了这种密封技术的正确性,但这种金属密封的参数是通过大量的实验得到的,为此,本文通过对大量实验数据的分析,为这种金属密封结构提出了一种计算方法和相应的参数模型,计算值和实验测试结果的误差不大于5%,该算法符合了设计偏差的要求。研究成果对嫦娥五号月球样品封装技术应用的推广具有重要的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The lunar sample encapsulation of Chang E-5 used a metal seal technology and the CHANG E-5 has proved the technology is correct but the parameters of the seal structure is got from mass tested data so it lacks an effective theoretical calculation method.A mass of testing data has been analyzed and generate a calculation method and corresponding parameter model, the error between the calculated value and test value is no more than 5%,it meets the requirement of design deviation, research results have important reference value for the application and promotion of Chang E-5 lunar sample encapsulation technology.
