热管真空管太阳能集热器研究进展及应用

Research Progress and Application of Heat Pipe Vacuum Tube Solar Collector

  • 摘要: 太阳能集热装置是将太阳辐射能转换为热能的设备,国内外学者对太阳能集热器的核心部件之一的真空管进行了广泛研究。本文首先介绍了热管真空管集热器工作原理并对部分影响集热器性能的性能指标、主要技术参数等进行探讨;其次分析了热管真空管集热器在使用中存在的问题并提出了解决途径,再次讨论了热管真空管太阳能集热器的应用;最后从集热器结构、换热器内工质及性能参数等方面提出了改进热管真空管太阳能集热器性能的方式。

     

    Abstract: A solar collector is a device that converts solar energy into thermal energy.As the core components of a solar collector, the vacuum tube attracted intensive attention.In this review, we first introduce the working principle of the heat pipe vacuum tube collector and discuss the main technical parameters that affect the performance of the collector.Then we review the problems existing in the use of the heat pipe vacuum tube collector and the possible solutions.Thirdly, we discuss the applications of the heat pipe vacuum tube solar collector.We also review the methods to improve the performance of heat pipe vacuum tube solar collector from the aspects of collector's structure, working fluid in heat exchanger and performance parameters.
