转子泵扭叶脉动系数计算的通用拟合方法

General Fitting Method of Flow Pulsation Coefficient Calculation of Rotor Pump with Torsional Lobe

  • 摘要: 为实现扭叶转子泵流量脉动计算方面的高效通用性,基于扭叶转子的高形端面轮廓构造方法和轴向扭叶构造原理,以端面共轭轮廓段的动瞬径长度为变量,建立出一个工作循环中包含积分的扭叶理论流量公式和不含积分的拟合公式,并就圆弧扭叶转子进行实例分析。结果表明扭叶理论流量拟合计算与精确计算的结果完全一致,拟合方法简单方便、精度高;脉动系数与扭叶角具有近似的负线性变化规律,扭叶角越大,流量脉动系数越小,脉动质量越好;3扭叶60°扭叶角为无脉动转子轮廓构造的最佳值,此时的扭叶理论流量等于直叶理论流量的均值。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve high efficiency and universality in flow pulsation calculation of torsional rotorpump,taking the moving instantaneous diameter length of conjugate contour segment on end profile as a variable,the theoretical flow formula with integral term and the fitting flow formula without integral term were derived basedon the construction method of the high-end profile of torsional rotor and the construction principle of axial torsionalrotor,and an example of an arc torsional rotor was given. The results show that the flow fitting result is in goodagreement with the exact result. The fitting method is simple and convenient with high precision;the pulsation coef-ficient and the torsional lobe angle have an approximately negative linear correlation. The larger the torsional lobeangle,the smaller the flow rate pulsation coefficient,and the better the pulsation quality;the torsion lobe angle of 60° was the optimal value of non-pulsating rotor profile structure,and the theoretical flow rate of the torsional lobeis equal to the mean value of the theoretical flow rate of the straight lobe.
