高效气体发生器氦检系统的设计研制

Design and Development of Helium Inspection System for High-Efficiency Gas Generator

  • 摘要: 针对汽车安全气囊气体发生器自动化装配生产线中氦检工位检测精度与工作节拍矛盾的问题,结合真空箱氦检法的优点,设计了高效气体发生器氦检系统。基于发生器结构组成和氦检工作原理的特点,进行了理论计算和气动控制系统设计,在该系统中进行了大漏检测、无氦气填充实心件检测和标准件在线检测实验。实验结果证明,系统大漏防错件检测压力均大于180 Pa,合格产品检测压力均小于60 Pa,无氦气填充实心件的氦检漏率在10-10Pa·m3/s数量级,在线产品氦检泄漏率均小于2.7×10-7Pa·m3/s,氦检节拍小于8 s,氦检系统的检测功能、工艺流程和防错等方面能够满足发生器自动化产线要求。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the contradiction between the detection accuracy of the helium inspection station and the working cycle in the automatic assembly production line of the automobile airbag gas generator,combined with the advantages of the vacuum box helium inspection method,a high-efficiency helium inspection system for the gas generator is designed.Based on the characteristics of the generator structure and the working principle of helium inspection,theoretical calculations and pneumatic control system design were carried out.In this system,large leak inspection,helium-free solid parts inspection and standard parts online inspection experiments were carried out.The experimental results show that the detection pressure of the system's large-leakage error prevention parts is greater than 180 Pa,and the detection pressure of qualified products is less than 60 Pa.The helium detection leak rate of solid parts without helium filling is on the order of 10-10Pa·m3/s.The helium detection leak rate for online products is less than 2.7×10-7Pa·m3/s,and the helium detection cycle is less than 8 s.The detection function,process flow and error prevention of the helium detection system can meet the requirements of the generator automation production line.
