真空玻璃的支撑与封接技术研究进展

Recent Progress of Support and Sealing Technology of Vacuum Glass

  • 摘要: 真空玻璃具有优异的隔热、隔声性能,广泛应用于建筑物和人们的生产生活,是一种新型的建筑节能玻璃。本文介绍了钢化、合金、非金属、吸附类、非金属类填充型支撑柱及真空玻璃边缘激光、含密封帽式、金属氧化物封接料等封接技术的发展,综述了国内外真空玻璃的制备工艺和研究进展。针对支撑柱耐久性差、易脱落、导热性较强及玻璃封接过程中密封性差等问题,阐述分析支撑柱截面形状和其固定装置与支撑柱性能间的关系,通过不同材料的焊料封接和封接过程中发明的保护措施,改善和提高了真空玻璃的传热、耐久等问题,促进了真空玻璃在节能环保领域的发展。

     

    Abstract: Vacuum glass is widely used in buildings and daily life because of the excellent performance of heat insulation and sound insulation.Here we reviewed the development of sealing technologies as tempered, alloy, non-metal, adsorption, non-metal filling support column, vacuum glass edge laser, sealing cap, metal oxide sealing material, etc.,and summarizes the preparation technology and research progress of vacuum glass at domestic and foreign vacuum glass.Aiming at the problems of poor durability, easy to fall off, thermal conductivity for shores is stronger and glass sealing sealing some problems in the process, this paper analyses support column cross-section shape and the relationship between its fixing device and the performance of the support column.The protective measures invented during the sealing process improve and improve the heat transfer and durability of vacuum glass, and promote the development of vacuum glass in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection.
