Abstract:
Vacuum glass is widely used in buildings and daily life because of the excellent performance of heat insulation and sound insulation.Here we reviewed the development of sealing technologies as tempered, alloy, non-metal, adsorption, non-metal filling support column, vacuum glass edge laser, sealing cap, metal oxide sealing material, etc.,and summarizes the preparation technology and research progress of vacuum glass at domestic and foreign vacuum glass.Aiming at the problems of poor durability, easy to fall off, thermal conductivity for shores is stronger and glass sealing sealing some problems in the process, this paper analyses support column cross-section shape and the relationship between its fixing device and the performance of the support column.The protective measures invented during the sealing process improve and improve the heat transfer and durability of vacuum glass, and promote the development of vacuum glass in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection.
