10 kV真空断路器弹簧操动机构合闸传动优化设计

Optimal Design of Closing Drive for Spring Operating Mechanism with 10 kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker

  • 摘要: 真空断路器弹簧操动机构中四杆机构杆件结构与合闸弹簧参数对动触头合闸速度和位移特性具有直接影响,包括冲程弹跳与机构磨损量等。以10kV断路器用弹簧操动机构为对象,采用SolidWorks软件建立运动系统三维模型;引入动力学仿真软件ADAMS对三维模型进行运动特性分析。在保证分闸储能位分闸弹簧压缩量不变的条件下,以连架杆与连杆尺寸、合闸弹簧预紧拉力为优化变量,以动触头最高瞬时速度最低和相对杆长之和最小为目标,采用DOE参数化分析方法对机构进行多参数多目标优化设计,以调控机构输出特性。

     

    Abstract: The rod size and closing spring parameters of the four-bar mechanism in the vacuum circuit breaker spring operating mechanism have a direct effect on the closing speed and displacement characteristics of the moving contact,including stroke bounce and mechanism wear. This paper takes the spring operating mechanism for10 kV circuit breaker as the object,uses SolidWorks software to establish the 3D model of the motion system,and introduces the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to analyze the motion characteristics of the 3 D model. Under the condition of keeping the opening energy storage level and the opening spring compression constant,the size of connecting rod and link and the pre-tightening force of closing spring are taken as optimization variables,the objective is to minimize the maximum instantaneous speed of moving contact and the minimum sum of relative rod length,the multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization design of the mechanism is carried out by using DOE parametric analysis method,in order to control the mechanism output characteristic.
