浅析单腔隔膜气泵加接缓冲罐对其平均流量的影响

Analysis of the Influence of Buffer Tank on the Average Flow of Single Chamber Diaphragm Pump

  • 摘要: 单腔隔膜气泵是微型泵中常见的形式之一,常应用于医疗、监控与检测等各大领域。在应用中,气泵的平均流量是一个很重要的参数,但单腔隔膜气泵的平均流量是受负载情况的影响而变化的。当在单腔隔膜气泵的进出口管路接入缓冲罐以减缓气流波动性时,会对气泵的实际平均流量起到一定程度的积极影响。本文以一款市场上成熟的单腔隔膜气泵为例,浅析在管路中接入缓冲罐时对其平均流量的积极影响,以供在设计单腔隔膜气泵的管路系统时参考。

     

    Abstract: Single chamber diaphragm air pump is one of the common forms of micropump, which is widely used in medical, monitoring, and testing fields.In real applications, the average flow of an air pump is a very important parameter, but the average flow of single chamber diaphragm air pump is affected by the load.Theoretical analysis shows that when the inlet and outlet pipes of the single chamber diaphragm gas pump are connected to the buffer tank, the air flow fluctuation is reduced.The connection to the buffer tank has a positive impact on the actual average flow of the gas pump to a certain extent.Taking a mature single chamber diaphragm air pump in the market as an example, we analyze the impact on its average flow when the buffer tank is connected in the pipeline.This work provides a reference for the design of the pipeline system of the single chamber diaphragm air pump.
