双级气冷罗茨泵在火电机组应用中的常见问题分析和处理

Total Solution to Common Problems of Double-Stage Gas-Cooled Roots Pump Operating in Thermal Power Plant

  • 摘要: 某电厂660MW机组采用双级气冷罗茨泵对真空系统进行了节能改造,双级气冷罗茨泵在运行中出现了泵体温度过高和凝汽器真空度不达标的问题,对机组安全经济运行产生了不良影响。采用观察分析和试验的方法查找导致泵体温度高和真空度不达标的原因,发现了罗茨泵前级冷却器和凝汽器抽真空母管处的积水现象,积水堵塞了抽气管路导致气路不畅,最终引起罗茨泵泵体温度高和凝汽器真空度不达标。经技术改造消除了两处积水现象,进而解决了罗茨泵泵体温度高和真空系统真空不达标的问题。

     

    Abstract: We reported herein the total solution to the two common problems of the double-stage gas-cooled Roots pump,installed in 660 MW thermal power plant,one is the body temperature-rise and the other is the pressure build-up in fore-vacuum cooler and vapor condenser.The reason was that,as the water volume increased in fore-vacuum cooler,originated from condensation and accumulation of hot-team,the flow-rate at the pump's outlet significantly decreased because of water blockage along gas path,resulting in the deterioration of gas-cooling and pressure build-up in fore-vacuum cooler and steam condenser.The total solution was the self-developed water remover,which is capable of removing the condensed and accumulated water effectively,automatically and continuously.Test results show that the novel water-drainager works pretty well.We suggest that the self-designed water-drainager be of some technological interest for Roots pumps application in thermal power plant.
