常见放气率测试方法的量化比较

Measurement of Low Outgassing-Rate in Self-Developed Pumping-Path Switching Algorithm:A Methodological Study

  • 摘要: 对材料放气率的准确测量至关重要,本文对自主设计出的转换气路(SPP)法测试装置进行了试用,装置重复性较好。将此方法与工程上常用的静态升压法、小孔流导法进行了数量上的直观比较,SPP法比小孔流导法、静态升压法测得的放气率更低。结合molflow模拟,实测值与模拟值相互验证,分析了误差来源,明确了提升方向。

     

    Abstract: The low outgassing-rate of materials and devices in ultrahigh vacuum environment,including,but not limited to the stainless steel chamber-walls,microchannel-plate and ionization gauge,was precisely and repeatedly measured in the self-developed pumping-path switching(PPS) algorithm.The influence of the measurement techniques,including the pumping-path switching method,static pressure-rising method and orifice-conductance method,on the accuracy and uncertainty of the outgassing rate measurement was theoretically analyzed,numerically simulated with MOLFLOW software and experimentally evaluated.When it comes to outgassing rate evaluation,the simulated and measured results were found to be in good agreement.However,PPS algorithm outperforms the static pressure-rising and orifice-conductance methods not only because it is capable of measuring a much lower outgassing rate but also because it involves fewer error sources.
