LiCl溶液真空蒸发过程的实验研究

Experimental Study on Evaporation of LiCl Solution in Low Vacuum

  • 摘要: 对LiCl溶液在真空状态下的蒸发过程进行研究,为温湿度独立控制空调系统的应用奠定理论基础和技术支持,对保证空气品质、节能减排等的发展都具有重要意义。具体的研究是以单位时间内单位体积LiCl溶液的平均水分蒸发量为评价指标,从当量厚度和传热温差两个方面,对不同真空度条件下,分别使用球形蒸发瓶和锥形蒸发瓶进行实验。结果表明:蒸发瓶的结构对溶液再生过程有一定的影响,且当量厚度和再生压力对LiCl溶液的真空蒸发再生过程的影响趋势不是单调的。

     

    Abstract: Herein,we addressed the vacuum evaporation of LiCl solution in air-conditioner with independent controller of temperature and humidity.The influence of the temperature difference in heat transfer,flask-shape,pressure and self-defined Equivalent Thickness(ET) on the evaporation of LiCl solution was investigated.The results show that the flask-shape,pressure and temperature difference all had a major impact.For example,a lower pressure evaporated more LiCl solution; for a spherical flask,as ET increased,the evaporation of LiCl solution decreased(~3 kPa) and changed in an increase-decrease mode(6~10 kPa),but for a conical flask,the evaporation decreased(<10 kPa) and changed in increase-decrease manner(>14 kPa).As the temperature difference increased,the evaporation of LiCl solution increased in spherical and conical flasks; however,cross-overs of evaporation curves(below 8 kPa) occurred for a spherical flask only.When it comes to vacuum evaporation,conical flask may outperform spherical flask.
