新型分段圆弧型罗茨转子几何理论与性能研究

Design and Properties of Novel Segmented Circular Roots Rotor: A Theoretical Study

  • 摘要: 提出一种分段圆弧型罗茨转子,在转子齿峰部分采用3段圆弧式设计。运用啮合原理求解了与齿峰分段圆弧共轭的齿谷曲线,建立了转子型线的数学模型。分析并求解了分段圆弧型转子不发生根切、无余隙容积的条件。研究了转子型线参数对面积利用系数的影响,结果表明:在转子外圆半径、节圆半径一定的情况下,随着圆心角的增大,转子面积利用系数增大;分段圆弧型罗茨转子的面积利用系数明显高于常见的圆弧型罗茨转子。

     

    Abstract: A novel type of segmented circular Roots rotor, comprising three arcs in the addendum portion, was proposed. The equations, of the dedendum curves conjugating with the addendum curves, were derived in the meshing theory, and the profile of the rotor was mathematically modeled. The conditions of non-undercutting and zero carryover of the segmented circular Roots rotor were analyzed. The influence of the dimensions of rotor profile on the area utilization coefficient was investigated. The calculated results show that the central-angle of the rotor's profile has a major impact. To be specific, with the fixed radii of outer-circle and pitch-circle, as the central-angle increases, the area utilization coefficient increases. In addition, the area utilization coefficient of the newly-developed segmented circular Roots rotor was found to be higher than that of the conventional circular Roots rotor.
