爪式真空泵无尖点直爪转子性能分析与研究

Modification of Claw Vacuum Pump by Smoothing Profile of Straight Claw Rotor:A Simulation Study

  • 摘要: 对爪式真空泵无尖点直爪转子的性能进行了研究与分析, 构建了不同几何参数下转子的三维模型, 运用数值分析方法进一步研究了无尖点直爪转子的性能变化, 探究了不同几何参数对无尖点直爪转子性能的影响。研究表明:爪顶圆弧对应圆心角的最佳取值范围为20°~60°;形状系数的最佳取值范围缩小为:0.6~0.7;最佳啮合间隙为0.110 mm。对无尖点直爪转子真空泵的研发制造提供了理论依据, 同时对其整体性能的提高提供了技术支持。

     

    Abstract: The influence of thesmoothprofile of a straight-claw rotoron the behavior of the claw vacuum pump:including the meshing, sealing, and distributions of stress and deformation of the cusp-free rotors, was empirically approximated, mathematically formulated with 3-D model, theoretically analyzed and numerically simulated with COMSOL software for design optimization. The simulated results show that the claw-head arc angle, shape factor, and meshing clearance of the cusp-free rotor all have a major impact. To be specific, the optimized cusp-free rotor profile comprises a claw-head arc angle in 20° ~ 60° range, a shape-factor reduced to 0. 6 ~ 0. 7, and a meshing clearance of 0. 110 mm. We suggest that the simulated results may be of some technological interest in design optimization of the claw vacuum pump with cusp-free straight claw rotors.
