散热器热量传递特性的研究
Heat Transfer Characteristics of Water Heating Radiator:A Simulation Study

摘要: 为提高散热器的散热效率, 在分析散热器散热特性的基础上并结合热特性方程进行热传递模拟分析。通过对散热片数量不同的散热器的分析, 得出了散热器面积与室内温度的关系。通过对空间内不同截面温度的分析, 得出了温度在空间上的分布规律。通过计算不同时刻环境的温度, 得出了室内温度的变化规律。通过分析不同水温条件下温度变化的规律, 并结合燃料利用率, 选出了较为合适的入水温度。研究结果为散热器热传递效率的提高提供了参考。Abstract: The temperature and heat-flow fieldsin a typical water-heating room (5 m × 4 m × 3 m) were mathematically modeled, theoretically analyzed, numerically simulated in finite element method with software Fluent and experimentally evaluated to improve the heat dissipation efficiency.The impact of the heatsink fin configurationand inlet-water temperature on the time evolution of the indoor temperature gradient distribution was investigated.The simulated results show that the inlet-water temperature and fin-blade number strongly affect the temperature gradient distribution.Tobe specific, a higher inlet-water temperature heats up the room to a higher temperature profile with a larger gradient; and more fin-blades heat up the room faster to a steady temperature distribution because of larger heat radiation area.When it comes to fuel saving and comfortable living temperature (22~24℃), we suggest that the inlet water temperature and fin-blade number be 70℃ and 20, respectively.
