Optimization Design of Liquid Ring Pump Impeller with High Energy Efficiency Based on Response Surface Experiment

Abstract
In order to improve the compression performance of liquid ring vacuum pump, 2BEC-703 water ring vacuum pump was selected as the optimization object, and VOF model was used to simulate the liquid ring vacuum pump, and the suction capacity and efficiency were optimized and analyzed. The pressure and gas liquid integral of the internal flow field were ananlyzed by numerical simulation, and the impeller parameters were optimized by BBD response surface experiment. The response surface model of 14 groups of response surface experiment results was established. Selection of the experimental data was analyzed before and after optimization:There is the best parameter combination, The maximum suction capacity of liquid ring vacuum pump was increased by 114.757m3/min efficiency 4.9%, Energy efficiency increased by 12.55 m3/(kW·h). Internal flow field in liquid ring vacuum pump pressure excessive uniformity, the distribution of gas and liquid is clear, working liquid to gas to do work more fully, for further improvement of liquid ring vacuum pump design provides the parameters.
