Development of Vacuum Pump Performance Test Experimental Teaching System Based on Unity3D

  • A virtual vacuum pump performance test experimental teaching system based on unity 3d is designed to solve the problems of lack of training and equipment in the process of vacuum pump performance test,and to deepen the trainees'understanding of the test process.The main contents of the design include Solid Works,3ds Max model establishment and optimization;unity 3D interface design,scene construction and function realization;derivation and calculation of the rising speed of oil liquid level in the process of vacuum pumping;C++programming to calculate data.The results show that the system has good immersion and high operability.It is more convenient and faster than traditional teaching methods and improves the safety and efficiency of experimental teaching.
