Optimization and Analysis of Static Insulation for Vacuum Interrupter Based on NSGA-Ⅱ

Abstract
A non-dominated sorting multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the static insulation of vacuum interrupter. The 12 kV/1250 A/31.5 kA vacuum interrupter is taken as the research object,the minimum electric field non-uniformity coefficient of the two regions with competitive relationship inside the interrupter is taken as the double optimization objective,the multi-objective optimization of static insulation of the interrupter is carried out,the Pareto front non-dominated solution set is obtained,and the optimal solution is selected. The results show that this algorithm can effectively optimize the global insulation and the weight coefficient of different sub-domains.
