Design of Automatic Detection System for Vacuum Pump Performance Parameters Based on PLC

  • This article introduces a vacuum pump performance parameter automatic detection system basedon Siemens S7-1200 PLC,using a touch screen as the human-machine interface. The system can realize the auto-matic measuring,collecting,processing,and storage of performance parameters such as vacuum degree,pumpingspeed,temperature,rotation speed,current and voltage,and real-time display of parameters in various forms suchas data and graphs on the man-machine interface. When the system is running,it will automatically confirm thesafety of the equipment,give an alarm when the parameters are abnormal,and upload relevant data to the uppercomputer. In this paper,the overall scheme design,hardware composition and software programming of the systemare discussed.
