The Parameter Calculation of the Metal Seal Structure for the Lunar Sample Encapsulation

The lunar sample encapsulation of Chang E-5 used a metal seal technology and the CHANG E-5 has proved the technology is correct but the parameters of the seal structure is got from mass tested data so it lacks an effective theoretical calculation method.A mass of testing data has been analyzed and generate a calculation method and corresponding parameter model, the error between the calculated value and test value is no more than 5%,it meets the requirement of design deviation, research results have important reference value for the application and promotion of Chang E-5 lunar sample encapsulation technology.
