Development of Test Platform for Lower Case of Auto Booster Based on LabVIEW

  • A novel type of lab-built test platform has been successfully developed for routinely evaluation, on site of the industrial production line, of the properties of the lower-case of auto booster, including but not limited to the sealing capacity both in stationary and non-stationary modes, input/output forces and automatic re-set time.The newly-developed lab-built test platform comprised the permanent analog upper-case of booster, pneumatic unit, vacuum unit, afterburner unit, control unit including the hardware and LabVIEW based self-designed program.Field test of the new test platform of the booster's lower case was performed.The preliminary results show that the new test platform is capable of rapidly and reliably evaluating the performance and enhancing the yield rate of the lower-case of auto booster.
