Abstract
Single chamber diaphragm air pump is one of the common forms of micropump, which is widely used in medical, monitoring, and testing fields. In real applications, the average flow of an air pump is a very important parameter, but the average flow of single chamber diaphragm air pump is affected by the load.Theoretical analysis shows that when the inlet and outlet pipes of the single chamber diaphragm gas pump are connected to the buffer tank, the air flow fluctuation is reduced. The connection to the buffer tank has a positive impact on the actual average flow of the gas pump to a certain extent.Taking a mature single chamber diaphragm air pump in the market as an example, we analyze the impact on its average flow when the buffer tank is connected in the pipeline. This work provides a reference for the design of the pipeline system of the single chamber diaphragm air pump.
