气体箔片轴承固体润滑涂层的研究进展

Latest Progress of Solid Lubrication Coatings for Fabrication of Gas-Foil Bearings

  • 摘要: 气体箔片轴承技术作为当今各国高度重视的新型轴承技术,随着现代机械产品朝着高速、高精密、高可靠性、小型化的方向发展,越来越展现出其应用价值,应用领域也不断得到拓展。对于动压气体箔片轴承而言,轴颈与箔片在启停阶段的干摩擦不可避免,若不对摩擦接触表面进行有效地减摩耐磨处理,将会严重影响轴承的使用寿命和转子-轴承系统的运转稳定性。鉴于气体箔片轴承的工作原理和工作环境,采用固体润滑涂层来改善顶箔和转轴配合表面之间的摩擦性能是目前最有效的方法。文中介绍了气体箔片轴承技术的产生和发展历程,并对影响气体箔片轴承运行性能的关键因素之一-固体润滑涂层的国内外研究历程进行了系统的分析。以期对气体箔片轴承及其固体润滑涂层技术进行较为全面的介绍,并为今后固体润滑涂层的研究提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The latest development of gas-foil bearings, an advanced bearings technology in fabrication of high speed/precision/reliability miniaturized products and comprising housing, elastic bump-foil and smooth top-foil, was tentatively reviewed.The hot-spot research subject is modification, with solid lubrication coatings, of the sliding contact-surfaces involved, that is, in the start-stop stage of hydrodynamic gas-foil bearings, dry friction occurs at the interface of the journal and top-foil.The discussions with specific examples focused on:i) The strengths/weaknesses of the plasma spray (PS) series of solid lubrication materials, including PTFE, MoS2, PS100…PS304 and PS400; ii) The synthesis techniques of diamond-like-carbon (DLC) coatings; and iii) The advantages/disadvantages of KorolonTM series of lubrication coating techniques/materials.The existing technical problems, possible solutions, development trends/limitations of theoretical/technological studies of solid lubrication coatings, for gas-foil bearings, were also briefly discussed in a thought provoking way.
