基于MATLAB/GUI的等螺距螺杆转子动平衡分析与计算

Dynamic Balance of Fixed-Pitch Screw Rotor Vacuum Pump: A Simulation and Theoretical Study

  • 摘要: 基于MATLAB/GUI采用配重法对等螺距螺杆转子进行动平衡分析计算,将计算过程进行整合,设计通用计算界面,提高计算效率。将螺杆转子及配重块的不平衡质径积分别分解到选定的两个平行平面上,当两个配重面上所有的质径积合成效果为零时,转子达到动平衡,计算出此时配重块参数。对四导程螺杆转子进行分析,得出应用于该转子的配重块参数特点。设计了MATLAB GUI界面,实现对任意转子的配重计算,通过比较转子配重前后的质量属性并采用SolidWorks motion软件对反作用力和反力矩进行分析,验证了计算的可靠性。配重平衡方法能够保证转子结构完整,有效提高了转子使用稳定性。

     

    Abstract: The influence of counterweight blocks on dynamic balance of a fixed-pitch screw rotor vacuum pump was mathematically modeled, theoretically analyzed in rigid-body dynamics and numerically simulated with software MATLAB GUI. In the simulation, the unbalanced mass-radius products of rotor and counterweight blocks were decomposed into components in the two selected parallel planes; the mass, geometry and alignment of the counterweight blocks were optimized in such a way that the total mass-radius products in the selected planes were zero and a stable dynamic balance of the screw rotor was reached. Exemplified with a four-lead fixed-pitch screw rotor pump and experimentally tested with SolidWorks motion code, the results show that the counterweight method significantly improves the stability and keeps intact the structural integrity of the screw rotor vacuum pump.
